I had a roof installed by another company on a recommendation of a friend. Well, needless to say they did not install the roof correctly and it resulted in massive leaks which turned into mold growing in my house. I called John at Associated roofing and from the first call I knew they were going to be the company that could help me. I cannot say enough good things about Associated, they are Honest, Trustworthy, Dependable and all around good experienced roofers. As a business owner myself I understand the how difficult it is to go behind someone else and fix what they have done wrong. From the first call to John I was put at ease with his knowledge of his craft and once his crew arrived I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. The crew worked under extreme conditions to get the job done while ensuring that it was done right. It is not often that you come across a company such as this which excels at customer service and preforms such excellent work. I will be using Associated roofing again for all my homes roofing needs. I am a customer for life.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Associated Roofing. After contacting numerous businesses who set appointments but never showed up to look at the work I needed done or simply never even returned my phone call, I was feeling quite frustrated. Then, I found Associated Roofing online and based on the other customer reviews I saw, I decided to give them a try. My phone call was answered, an appointment was set for the next day, and someone actually showed up! Mr. Street couldn't have been nicer or more professional and I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Associated Roofing, Inc. is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. Mr. John Street is very knowledgeable and a gentleman, too. He worked with my elderly father with kindness and patience. Mr. Street and his entire crew did an excellent job. They did what they said they would do, came when they said they would come, and replaced the old roof with a fantastic new roof. All team members worked efficiently and cleaned up as they went. Mr. Street was there most of the time and went all over the room by himself when it was finished. Look no more -- you can't find a better roofing company or a better man and crew.

I cannot say enough great things about Associated Roofing. We had a water leak in our old roof and if you've ever had a leak you know how frustrating it can be. I called Associated and they came out quickly and gave me a great price that was unbeatable compared to the other estimates I received. John was wonderful to work with and explained everything thoroughly. They replaced my roof in 1 day and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they had been there. John and his crew did a great job replacing our roof and gutters along with replacing a metal porch roof. With all the rain, we are dry and happy. They arrived on time and finished the entire job in just 3 days. You can't go wrong with Associated Roofing.

Upon calling Associated Roofing, Mr. Street promptly arrived at my property and after assessing my roof, he recommended I contact my insurance company as there was prevalent wind damage to the roof. He then showed up during the insurance appraisal, explaining the process and ensuring fair treatment of all parties involved. After signing a contract with Mr. Street to replace the roof, his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the roof in one day. A few minor discrepancies popped up during the process, but Mr. Street was quick to tend to any concerns we had and make them right. I would recommend Associated Roofing to anyone in the Lebanon/Mount Juliet area.
